1. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Clause)

Due to health and sanitary regulations, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Lingerie & Underwear (including thongs, briefs, and sets).
Bodysuits (if the hygiene seal is broken or missing).

2. Returnable Items

Items such as Joggers, 2-Piece Playsuits, and Shorts may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:

The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
The item must be free of scents, makeup stains, or pet hair.

3. Damages and Issues
